Chelsea, transfer-window clowns

For once United aren't the transfer-window clowns.

Chelsea let Alisson join Liverpool for £56m, didn't know Courtois wanted out, couldn't structure a straight swop for Navas, so now pay £71m for Kepa.

Furthermore, some believe Kovacic is a better player than Bakayoko. I'm not so sure.
